Carrot Cake

Moist gluten free sponge, packed with grated carrots, walnuts and raisins.  Flavoured with warming cinnamon and sandwiched with light coconut whip finished with lime and orange zest.

Ingredients - Gluten free flour, ground almonds, coconut sugar, almond milk, coconut oil, apple puree, grated carrot, walnuts, raisins, flax seed, coconut cream, agave syrup, cinnamon, ginger, baking paper, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, salt, orange zest, lime zest.
