Vanilla Cream Cake

These Gluten free sponges are light, moist, fluffy and sweet with vanilla - everything you want a cake to be!  We can make this either as miniature individual layer cakes or one large cake for sharing!

Made with rice, coconut and gluten free oat flour, filled with sweetened vanilla coconut cream then decorated with fresh berries.

Ingredients; Plain flour or gluten free (Oat flour, rice flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour), coconut sugar, coconut milk, rapeseed oil, vanilla, agave syrup, fresh berries, lemon juice, baking soda, agave, pink Himalayan salt.
