Double layer of moist chocolate sponge frosted with a silky ganache and sandwiched with raspberry jam, served with beautiful fresh berries. Nut free.

Ingredients; Organic British Wheat flour (Gluten free available), organic coconut sugar, Cacao powder, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, coconut cream, organic chocolate (85% cocoa solids), filtered water, vanilla extract, salt.
